This privacy policy governs your use of the software application MarketWurks (“Application”) that was created by MarketWurks, Inc. The Application is designed for market managers to administer public marketplaces (such as farmers markets, bazaars or food truck events) as well as vendors to signup and manage their account, and public attendees to get general information about the market and vendors.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you use the Application. Providing information or interacting with the Application is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you provide certain details (such as, but not limited to email address).

As a vendor, when you submit your information to a market, the market reserves the right to post some of that information to their website or vendor directory as per each market's privacy policy and operating procedures. Only information you voluntarily provide (such as in the market's signup form) can be shared, so you are expected to use your judgement and caution when submitting information. MarketWurks hosts that signup form and saves that information in a database in such a way that only the market who asked you for this information will have access to it as well as trusted MarketWurks personnel who manage this database and software.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at and we will respond in a reasonable time.
